The plot of ca. 3,37 hectares, situated alongside the County road FV420, is being developed into a retail park for warehouses over 1200 m2 in size.
There is opportunity to establish a supermarket of up to 2000 m2 in size within the area. In addition. In addition to business, the plot can also incorporate offices and service providers.
The plot has a strategic good situation in the immediate proximity to the main entrance in to Grimstad (FV420), and has in addition an extremely good exposure to th E-18. The plot will be provided access via a new round about, to be established from the FV420.
Approximatly 2,2 hectares of the plot is currently being prepared in advance of the first establishments. Heldal Entreprenør is responsible for the ground works.

Strengthening retail offers locally in Grimstad
The retail area has been included in the County Council’s plans for centre-structure and retail, along with the approved area zoning plans for Campus Grimstad. Establishments in this area are intended to supplement the existing retail-structure in Grimstad through development of concepts that cannot/ought not to be placed in the town centre, on basis of logistics or space limitations (for example). In this way, Grøm Retail Park can contribute and complement the retail offers in Grimstad through an increased local offer of products that residents otherwise need, but currently must drive to other municipalities to acquire.
